Basic site structure
Checks HTTPS, the main heading, the page description and whether the raw HTML holds enough text.
Type in your address and we will run one check. Performance and technical scores come from Google PageSpeed Insights, plus eight checks specifically about whether AI can read you.
Free, no sign-up, no email. Do whatever you like with the result — and if you never run it, we still will not know who you are.
Checks HTTPS, the main heading, the page description and whether the raw HTML holds enough text.
Looks at structured data, AI crawler permissions, business details and llms.txt.
Reads PageSpeed's performance, SEO, accessibility and best-practices scores directly.
Free, no sign-up, no email. Type the address, press the button, read the result. That is all of it.
During the check, your address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to get the technical data — without that step there are no four scores. Beyond that, RankEasy itself does not record your address, does not build any file from it, and will not send you marketing because you used this tool. The only thing we add is an anonymous counter: “how many checks in total” and “how many of them had or lacked a given item” — for example “200 checks, 148 of them with no structured data”. Those numbers carry no time, no order, no IP, no browser details, nothing that points back to you; they are what any industry report we publish later would be built from. Below 30 samples we publish no percentage at all — saying “67%” off three samples is really talking about two specific sites.
Performance, SEO, accessibility and best practices come straight from Google PageSpeed Insights — the tool at pagespeed.web.dev. You can take the same address there and run it yourself; because test time and network conditions differ, the score may move a little. We do not compute a score of our own.
Those eight are ours; PageSpeed does not check them. They are: structured data (your company details written in a format machines read exactly), whether robots.txt blocks AI crawlers, whether the raw HTML holds enough text (many sites only show text after JavaScript runs, and AI crawlers do not wait), a main heading, a page description, business details on the page, an AI guide, and HTTPS.
Because Google has to actually load your site once on a simulated phone before it can compute the performance score. It usually takes tens of seconds; if Google is busy, the system retries automatically up to three times, so there is no need to press the button again.
No, and nobody can promise that. This check measures whether you can be read, not whether you will be cited. Being readable is the precondition, not the guarantee. Anyone who tells you “do this and AI will definitely recommend you” is talking nonsense.
No. RankEasy cannot change your website — we do not touch a character of it. What we do is add a page on rankeasy.hk with your company details written so AI can read them. That page's score and your own website's score are two different things. To make your own site faster and score better, you need someone to work on your site — Haoflow, for example. You can do both, but do not treat them as the same thing.
Because “can AI read you” and “is your website fast” are two different questions. Even with a low-scoring site — or no site at all — as long as one public, structured page of your company details exists where AI can read it, AI has something to cite. That page is the one we create for you, free.
Instagram is hard for AI to read: it is mostly images and video, and it asks for a login. The practical move is to put one page of your official merchant details on a public site AI can read, and point from there to your Instagram. A free RankEasy listing is exactly that page.
